Concept Plus LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Michele Bond to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Ms. Bond has experience in Federal contracting that includes managing multiple mid-size businesses and business units for large system integrators. Her experience spans 25 years and includes business growth and management in Federal Health, Civilian, and Department of Defense accounts. Prior to joining Concept Plus, Ms. Bond held executive-level positions with Emagine IT and ASRC Federal, who acquired Data Networks Corporation, where Michele was responsible for growing and operating Federal Health and Civilian and DoD businesses.
As COO, Ms. Bond will leverage her expertise in building and leading management teams, strategy formulation, and business development and management to implement Concept Plus’ aggressive growth strategy. Ms. Bond’s responsibilities will include internal organizational processes, quality, and infrastructure that will allow Concept Plus to continue to grow and fulfill its mission. She will oversee Concept Plus’ operations, human resources, and business development.
