Concept Plus LLC was selected as one of twenty contractors to provide a wide range of IT network-centric solutions and services under the Air Force Small Business  Enterprise Applications Solutions (SBEAS) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. SBEAS replaces the former NETCENTS2 IDIQ, and provides a vehicle for Air Force major commands and other agencies to access highly qualified and pre-approved small businesses.

Under this contract, Concept Plus will provide a comprehensive suite of services in support of IT systems and software development in a variety of environments and infrastructures,  including: documentation operations, deployment, cybersecurity, configuration management, training, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) product management and utilization, technology refresh, data and information services, information display services and business analysis for IT programs.

This highly competitive acquisition resulted in 217 proposals received by the Air Force Business and Enterprise Systems (BES)  Directorate in December 2017. The twenty contract awards were announced in early December 2019.

“Thanks to everyone who worked hard to make this win happen,” said Ahmad  Abuzaakouk, Concept Plus’ President and
CEO. “We are excited to offer our industry-leading best practices and proven innovative IT solutions to support our Air Force customer.”
