Thank you, Mahmoud, Ray, and the CP Team, for all your hard work and efforts over the last two years. It’s been good to work with you, and I know my successor is fortunate to have your Team supporting the project after my retirement. Also, great work on CRP2 (most recent UAT). The turnout and engagement were very good, and I’ve heard excellent things from SNS personnel. Mr. Evan Willis ASPR ITPMP/COR
In several incidents, Concept Plus has leveraged its collective knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot the issues for the government. In most cases, they are more knowledgeable than the responsible engineering and technical support resources regarding their issues and are able to provide detailed guidance to resolve them. Without this support, ILER would have been offline for extended periods of time. Mr. Jim Copeland ILER ITPM/COR
[CP] has demonstrated exceptional performance by delivering critical project releases ahead of schedule. Their work efforts not only exceeded expectations but also provided my team with additional flexibility to address other priorities. …[CP] continued to support ongoing efforts with the same level of professionalism and commitment which has been invaluable in meeting both short term and long-term objectives. Communication channels are not restricted. Users are able to openly reach out and receive a timely and well thought out response. WSMIS CPM 2025
