  • Concept Plus designed and developed the Logistics Feasibility Analysis Capability (LOGFAC) system. LOGFAC supports operational and strategic planning for the Air Force and Joint usage, interfacing with multiple systems across Headquarters AF (HAF), Major Commands (MAJCOMs), Combatant Commands (COCOMs), and Unit-Level Planners.

Concept Plus transformed LOGFAC into a secure cloud native capability by modernizing legacy infrastructure, implementing DevSecOps automation, and accelerating delivery without disrupting mission operations.

Impact

  • Refactored 156 legacy Oracle Forms and reports into a browser agnostic modern architecture while maintaining continuous operations.

  • Resolved 416 STIG findings and achieved zero CAT I/CAT II findings at ATO, strengthening cybersecurity and system reliability.

  • Increased delivery speed and operational resilience through automation, AI-enabled tooling, and CI/CD pipelines, supporting planners worldwide with decision quality logistics visibility.
