With an extensive background in technology leadership and innovation, Josh brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to Concept Plus.
Josh Temkin joins Concept Plus from Leidos, where he served as Technical Architect and Chief Engineer for Theater Systems. In this role, he provided technical direction, managed technical teams, and led the deployment and development of MHS Genesis Theater systems. His expertise in enabling MHS Genesis to function effectively in disconnected environments has been pivotal.
Before his tenure at Leidos, Josh was the President and Chief Technology Officer at Pleiotek, a technology consulting firm he co-founded. At Pleiotek, he focused on enhancing business performance through innovative technology-based solutions, specializing in federal health IT and delivering significant advancements in data acquisition and storage capabilities. Josh’s impressive career also includes roles such as Vice President of Technology and Innovation at Business Information Technology Solutions (BITS), Vice President of Defense Health at SRA International, and Vice President of Healthcare at Qbase. His contributions have consistently driven growth and innovation, particularly in the fields of healthcare IT integration, program management, and strategic planning.
Josh holds an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s Lally School of Management, a Certificate in Computer Engineering and Leadership Training from General Electric’s Information Technology Training Program, an MS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a BS in Biology and Computer Science from Tufts University.
