Oracle Adds Powerful New AI Capabilities Across Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite Introduction

On September 11, 2024, during Oracle CloudWorld in Las Vegas, Oracle unveiled a suite of over 50 AI-powered enhancements across its Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite. These AI capabilities aim to automate complex workflows, improve efficiency, and optimize business operations across finance, supply chain, human resources, sales, marketing, and customer service. 

Comprehensive AI Integration 

Oracle has embedded AI-driven automation across its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Customer Experience (CX) applications. These AI agents enhance decision-making by automating repetitive tasks, allowing employees to focus on strategic initiatives. In simple terms, think of AI agents as Digital Employees that fulfill a portion of a worker, supervisory, or advisory roll. Future agent constructs will “learn” and adapt over time. 

Key Enhancements Across Fusion Cloud Applications:

Oracle Cloud ERP introduces AI-driven capabilities such as:

This capability is available with Oracle Fusion Cloud 25A and higher.
