Since joining Concept Plus as President in January 2026, Milad has overseen operations, delivery, and execution across the company’s Defense, Health, and Federal Civilian markets. In this role, he is focused on supporting the company’s growth and strengthening its delivery of mission-essential capabilities in Oracle modernization, cloud transformation, artificial intelligence, and enterprise modernization for federal customers.

Milad brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across government and industry. Prior to joining Concept Plus, he held senior executive roles at Leidos and GDIT, leading large-scale Federal Health technology organizations and programs supporting HHS, DHA, VA, and other Federal customers. Earlier in his career, he held Federal leadership roles at NIH and FDA, directing enterprise systems and business intelligence initiatives.
Beyond his professional leadership, Milad serves on the Board of Directors for The Children’s Inn at NIH, supporting its mission to provide a welcoming home for children, young adults, and families participating in clinical research at NIH.
