1/6/2025 – Fairfax, VA – Concept Plus, LLC (“Concept Plus”), a leader in IT modernization and digital transformation for federal agencies, has been selected as the prime contractor for the sustainment and development of the Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution System (DCAPES). Awarded by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), this pivotal contract reaffirms Concept Plus’ role in supporting the Air Force’s mission and delivering innovative, mission-critical solutions to empower the warfighter.
DCAPES is central to the Air Force’s operational strategy, enabling real-time integration of personnel, logistics, and operational data to support decision-making and crisis response. This five-year contract positions Concept Plus to enhance DCAPES’ capabilities, aligning with USAF Strategic Plan priorities, including global readiness, resilience, and operational agility.
